Women’s Intensive Leadership Development Program Teams
Postdoctoral fellows and graduate students in NYU Langone’s Women’s Intensive Leadership Development Program, also known as the WILD Program, are organized into teams that identify and develop the skills necessary to complete one of several different hiking excursions.
Each team member leads an aspect crucial to the success of the hike. Responsibilities include safety training, wilderness preparedness, planning and trip logistics, fitness and conditioning, communication of the group, conflict management, and overall development of the team’s leadership competency.
